1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwin7 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phwin7 website located at https://phwin7.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phwin7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phwin7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phwin7 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the phwin7 cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phwin7 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. phwin7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the phwin7 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwin7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of phwin7.

Any unauthorised use of phwin7's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwin7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

phwin7 operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
